It’s been an exciting few months here at ChrisCross Designs, and we’re delighted to share another milestone in our journey: we’ve joined the Home & Gift Association.
For Christine, founder of ChrisCross Designs, becoming part of the Association feels particularly special.
With more than 40 years’ experience in the toy and gift industry, Christine has spent her career creating, developing and bringing products to market. ChrisCross Designs is the beginning of a new chapter - bringing together that experience with her lifelong love of creativity, colour and storytelling.
Becoming part of the gift community
Our membership follows an incredibly exciting summer for ChrisCross Designs, including exhibiting at Home & Gift Harrogate and sharing our collections with buyers and industry friends.
Harrogate gave us the opportunity to showcase Monkee Tailz, the colourful collection at the heart of ChrisCross Designs, alongside our new Cats Protection and Bollywoof ranges.
It was also a reminder of what makes this industry so special. Behind every stand and every product is a huge amount of creativity, knowledge, hard work and, very often, a small team making big things happen.
Joining the Home & Gift Association feels like a natural continuation of that experience.
More than just membership
For us, becoming a member isn’t simply about adding another logo to the website.
It’s an opportunity to stay closely connected to what’s happening across the gift and retail industry – to learn from other businesses, exchange ideas, discover new opportunities and keep abreast of the trends and challenges shaping the sector.
We’re also excited about being able to contribute. After more than four decades in the industry, Christine brings a huge amount of experience in toy and product development, design and bringing ideas from the drawing board to the shop floor.
Being part of an organisation where that knowledge can be shared – and where we can continue learning from others – is something we’re genuinely looking forward to.
